Every project runs the same way, whether it is a US$450 automation or a full production system. Five steps, and nothing you have to chase.

First contact

You write and say what you are trying to build or fix. You get an answer inside one business day.

Step 2

Scope and price in writing

Exactly what gets built, what it costs, when it lands. In writing, before any money moves. Open-ended work starts with a paid scope.

Step 3

You give the go-ahead

You approve it. Larger builds run 50% up front and 50% on delivery, so you never pay ahead of the work.

Step 4

Build, tracked weekly

We build, and on anything large you hear from us every week, so nothing drifts quietly away from the plan.

Step 5

Handover, yours to keep

Source code and every account in your name, plus a window of fixes after delivery. Then it is yours outright.

05/ Buyer protection

You are not wiring money to a stranger

Paying someone in another country is a fair thing to be careful about. Here is exactly how the money moves, so none of it rests on trusting us.

Payments are handled by Polar, a Merchant of Record. Your card statement shows Polar, you get a real receipt, and your card issuer's normal protections apply. If something goes wrong you have a payment company to go to, not just an email address.
Scope and price are fixed in writing before any money moves. If the work is not in the document, it is not in the price, and neither is a later surprise.
Larger builds run 50% up front and 50% on delivery. You never pay for work that has not been done.
Source code and accounts are yours, always, whatever happens between us.
Rent Receipts and Reminders is live and still supported, long after the interesting part was over. That is the proof that things here get finished and kept running.
