Stratum ICS is a technology and professional services company based in Guyana. We build digital tools and deliver professional services for small businesses in the Caribbean and developing economies around the world.

The name says what we are about. Stratum means layers, foundation, the underlying structure that everything else is built on. ICS stands for Integrated Core Systems. We build the foundational tools and services that businesses depend on every day.

We exist because small businesses in developing economies deserve better options. The software tools available to a shop owner in Georgetown or a landlord in Kingston are often too expensive, too complex, or designed for a market that looks nothing like theirs. We build for this market because we operate in this market. We understand the constraints, and we build within them.

On the services side, we bring the same practical mindset. Businesses need spreadsheets that work and documents that are written well. Not every company has a specialist on staff for that. We fill that gap with project-based work delivered on time and at a fair price.

Everything we build and deliver comes down to one principle: does it actually work for the person using it? If the answer is yes, we ship it. If not, we go back and fix it.
