We agree the rules before we build anything.
We write down who can change what and what must never happen, and go through it with you. Once those rules are built in, every screen follows them, whoever is using it.
Every project goes through the same five steps, from the first conversation to the care that follows handover. After them come the habits we keep on every build, what every build comes with, and the questions people usually ask before we start.
We talk to the people who do the work and see how it is done today, including the shortcuts they have found.
We set out what we will build, and how we will both know it is working.
You see it working early and at each stage, so decisions are made with the real thing in front of you.
The finished system goes live in your business, and your team is shown how to run it.
Fixing anything that does not match the plan is part of the job. When you want more, we already know how your system works.
Software tends to go wrong on the case nobody planned for, or on a figure nobody can explain. Here is how we guard against both.
We write down who can change what and what must never happen, and go through it with you. Once those rules are built in, every screen follows them, whoever is using it.
When someone questions a figure, the answer takes seconds to find, because anything taken from a document links back to the page or clause where it appears.
We decide in advance who is told and what they need to see, and who is told next if nobody acts.
Amounts are kept in exact cents, so no total drifts through rounding.
Work your business does by hand that software could do better, and things you have always wanted but never had. It might be the system your whole team works in, or an assistant that answers customers using your prices and policies. If you are not sure whether something fits, describe it to us anyway. If it is not worth building, or someone else would build it better, we will tell you so at the start.
Every job is quoted separately. Two businesses can ask for the same thing and need very different amounts of work, so there is no price list. You tell us what you want, we ask what we need to know, and you receive a plan and a price in writing. Nothing starts until you have agreed to that price, and it does not change unless what you asked for changes.
In Guyana, you pay in Guyana dollars, by bank transfer or MMG. Outside Guyana, businesses receive an invoice in US dollars and can pay by bank transfer, and usually by card. If you are buying for yourself, tell us where you are and we will say what works.
The plan gives a date before anything starts. A spreadsheet or a single automated job can take a matter of days. Larger systems arrive in stages, so something useful is working early and the rest follows on dates you have agreed to.
Very little. We work by call, message and email, and our working day overlaps with yours across most of the Americas.
You do, from the first day. If you ever want someone else to take it over, they can, and it will keep working without us.
Yes. We sign confidentiality agreements, work within your security and approval rules, and write the plan so your IT and finance people can sign it off.
Yes to both. A single spreadsheet, one automated report or something for your own use gets the same plan and the same care as a whole system. It is also a good way to see how we work.
Often, yes. Send us what exists and we will tell you whether it is worth continuing or better to start again, and what each would cost. Sometimes the first builder did good work and it only needs finishing.
It is built to. What we make connects to the accounting software, spreadsheets and messaging apps you already have, so nobody types the same thing twice. If something cannot be connected, we tell you before you spend anything on it.
Come back to us. There is no retainer and no monthly fee, unless something you asked for has a running cost, and the quote will have said so. New work is quoted like anything else.
A few sentences in your own words are enough to start. We will reply with our questions, then send a plan and a price.
