Pricing

What it costs

Prices are on the page, not behind a sales call. The fixed tiers run from US$450 for a single automation up to a production system from US$6,000. When work is too open-ended to price cold, a US$99 scope turns it into a fixed quote you can hold us to.

01/ The range

Find your rung

From one job done in days to a full production system, every build lands on one of three rungs, and each rung carries its band in the open.

R·013 to 10 business days

One job, done in days

You have one job that eats the same hours every week. It is worth fixing and nobody wants to quote it.

  • One Excel automation that ends the weekly retyping
  • PDFs in, a clean spreadsheet out, in one click
  • A Telegram bot that answers your customers from your own price list
  • A single script that kills one recurring chore

One job gets the same fixed price and the same delivery date as a full build. Nothing at this end is treated as a favour.

R·02two to six weeks

A working tool, in weeks

Your team needs a tool that does not exist yet, and a spreadsheet has stopped being the answer.

  • An internal tool your staff use every day
  • An MCP server wired into your database or CRM
  • A dashboard built on your real numbers
  • An agent that runs the reporting nobody has time for
Fixed pricefrom US$2,500

A production system

You need a real product: accounts, billing, data that has to survive a bad connection, and someone who will still be there after launch.

  • A full web application with auth and subscriptions
  • Offline-first software for people who lose signal
  • AI agents wired into a live business system
  • A product you intend to sell, not just use

Rent Receipts and Reminders is exactly this: built here, live, and still run and supported today.

Buy it outright

Each of these is pinned down to the last detail, so you buy on the spot: the price is the price, and what is included is the contract.

Scoping session

US$99credited in full against any build over US$500

3 business days

For work too open-ended to price off a menu. You get a written scope and a fixed quote, and you owe nothing after that if you walk away.

Includes

  • A written scope document: what gets built, what it costs, how long it takes
  • What is excluded, stated plainly, so the price cannot move later
  • What you own at the end
  • A fixed quote you can take to anyone, including another builder

Not included

  • Any building: this is the scope and the quote, not the work
  • An obligation to go ahead

You own

  • The scope document, yours to keep and yours to shop around
03/ Quoted work

Bigger builds

Open-ended work varies too much to hang a buy button on. It starts with a paid scope and ends with a fixed number you own, before a line of it gets built.

AI agents and automations

from US$2,500quoted after a scoping session

two to six weeks, fixed in the quote

Software that does real work on a schedule or on demand: pulls data, runs the analysis, writes the report, acts on your systems. Code you own, not a no-code template.

Includes

  • Scheduled research, reporting and monitoring that runs without you
  • Agents that act on your data with a human sign-off step where it matters
  • Workflows that connect the tools you already pay for
  • Built on your OpenAI or Anthropic account, with your keys

Not included

  • A fixed price before scoping: the shape of this work varies too much to put a buy button on it
  • Your AI usage costs

You own

  • The full source code
  • Every account and key it runs on

Internal tools and SaaS MVPs

from US$6,000quoted after a scoping session, 50% up front

set in the quote, tracked weekly

A real application for a team that has outgrown the spreadsheet: accounts, permissions, billing, dashboards, the parts nobody enjoys building.

Includes

  • Auth, roles and permissions
  • Billing and subscriptions where the product needs them
  • Dashboards and reporting built on your real data
  • Offline support where the people using it lose connection
  • Deployed, running, and handed over with the accounts in your name

Not included

  • A fixed price before scoping
  • Ongoing hosting and third party costs, which are yours and are named in the quote

You own

  • The full source code
  • The hosting, the database and every third party account, in your name

How the scoping session works

US$99

credited in full against any build over US$500

3 business days

For work too open-ended to price off a menu, US$99 buys the scope in writing: the build, the number, the timeline, and the line where it stops. Go ahead with a build over US$500 and it comes straight off the price. Walk away instead and you owe nothing more.

The fixed-price tiers above need no scope: their boundary is already written down. Never buy a scope for a menu item. Buy the item.

You are not wiring money to a stranger

Paying someone in another country is a fair thing to be careful about. Here is exactly how the money moves, so none of it rests on trusting us.

  • Payments are handled by Polar, a Merchant of Record. Your card statement shows Polar, you get a real receipt, and your card issuer's normal protections apply. If something goes wrong you have a payment company to go to, not just an email address.
  • Scope and price are fixed in writing before any money moves. If the work is not in the document, it is not in the price, and neither is a later surprise.
  • Larger builds run 50% up front and 50% on delivery. You never pay for work that has not been done.
  • Source code and accounts are yours, always, whatever happens between us.
  • Rent Receipts and Reminders is live and still supported, long after the interesting part was over. That is the proof that things here get finished and kept running.

Still have a question?

The FAQ answers who you are paying, what happens if the work is not delivered, and who owns the code at the end. Not there? Send it over and we will answer.
