What a spreadsheet can actually be
This is the work we have done most of.
Tidy and safe
Entry forms that will not accept a bad date or a misspelled product. Rules that turn a row red the moment something is overdue. Lists that fill themselves from your price list instead of being retyped. The version of the file nobody can quietly break.
A working document

What you need on your side
The starter tier is a local MCP server. It installs on the machines you already have, right next to Claude, so there is no hosting bill for it and no API key either: the reasoning runs on the Claude subscription you already pay for, not the paid API. It works in Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor. Making the same tool work inside the Claude web and mobile apps is a different shape of job. A remote connector has to be reachable over the internet, so it has to be hosted, and hosting is a real recurring bill. That is quoted separately and is not part of this tier.
On Claude's own plans, the Free plan allows one custom connector and paid plans allow several. Claude Pro is US$20/month billed monthly, or US$17/month on an annual subscription. Claude Team is US$20 per standard seat per month on an annual plan. On Team and Enterprise, only an Owner can add a connector for the organization, and members then sign in individually. These are Anthropic's prices as of July 2026, so check Anthropic's current pricing before you buy.

You are not wiring money to a stranger
Paying someone in another country is a fair thing to be careful about. Here is exactly how the money moves, so none of it rests on trusting us.
- Payments are handled by Polar, a Merchant of Record. Your card statement shows Polar, you get a real receipt, and your card issuer's normal protections apply. If something goes wrong you have a payment company to go to, not just an email address.
- Scope and price are fixed in writing before any money moves. If the work is not in the document, it is not in the price, and neither is a later surprise.
- Larger builds run 50% up front and 50% on delivery. You never pay for work that has not been done.
- Source code and accounts are yours, always, whatever happens between us.
- Rent Receipts and Reminders is live and still supported, long after the interesting part was over. That is the proof that things here get finished and kept running.
